Open Spaces
Open spaces fascinate us with a wealth of uses and functions. Our objective is to create well usable and high quality green and open spaces for everyone and everyday life. In doing so, we see open spaces not only as built environment and social space, but also figuratively as open spaces for creative solutions, new ideas and social practices. The integration and participation of users is therefore very important for us.
From the diversity of functions of open spaces, a variety of challenges arise for our activities. These range from the adaptation of open spaces to climate change, the socially integrative function and new forms of appropriation such as urban and community gardening to the securing of sufficient and high-quality open spaces in urban development.
